What is our Good Sex Guarantee?
It's pretty simple - If you don't love it, send it back to us within 120 days and we'll replace, exchange, or refund it.
There's only two exceptions to this: Clothing items (Lingerie, costumes, wearable jewelry like pasties) and consumables (e.g personal lubricant, massage oil, edible items etc..) can only be returned if they are unopened.
Shipping fees, and any discounts earned from using Shag Bucks, are non-refundable.
To ensure we can continue to offer the Good Sex Guarantee, if we deem a customer has made excessive use of this return policy we reserve the right to put them on a time out from returns.
How to submit a return:
- If the item you're going to be returning is used, make sure it's thoroughly cleaned before boxing it up (we're sure you're nice people, but please, nothing icky).
- Securely package the products, including any cables, instructions, or other materials that came with them into a box.
- Go to our Returns page and submit a request, and we'll send you an RMA number.
- Print out this RMA number, throw it in the box, and then ship the return back to the address provided. If you're sending a product back because we accidentally sent you the wrong thing, that's on us and you'll be sent a label.
Once we receive your package we'll check it in, then process the refund/replacement/exchange within 2 weeks.
If you're looking for a replacement of a product that is broken, and still covered by warranty, then we will work with the manufacturer first to get things resolved so you may end up returning it to them instead of us, but we’ll hold your hand through the whole process.
FAQ's
Q: 120 days? Seriously? Even if it's used or broken or just didn't work for me?
A: Yeap. We looked at what the best return policies are across the industry, and decided to be better.
Q: What happens after those 120 days?
A: A lot of the products in our store, particular Premium and Elite Tier products, have warranties of 1 year or more. If a product breaks after the 120 days you should check to see if the manufacturer will still cover it. We can help out with contact information for the manufacturer if you're stuck.
Q: My product broke within the 120 days, can I get it fixed without paying for shipping?
A: Some manufacturers, particularly in the Elite Tier, may be able to arrange a replacement and they'll pay for any shipping costs. We recommend checking with the manufacturer first, then checking with us.
Q: What happens to returned products that have been used or opened?
A: Great question! Right now, any returns that aren't brand new are washed and sanitized, then checked to see if they are still functional. If they are damaged or non-functional, they are broken down into individual components and sent off for recycling. For any components that cannot be recycled, they are sent to landfill (our goal is to send the absolute bare minimum to the trash).
For functional products, right now they're tagged and placed into storage after cleaning and sanitizing. We're working with some of the worlds foremost Dildo Scientists to come up with a cleaning protocol so that we can validate that these products are safe, and then they will either be donated or made available for resale. While that may sound icky to some folks, that's where the Dildo Scientists come in - nothing that has had any chance of coming into contact with someone's skin, will ever be in a position where it could come into contact with someone else's skin, unless we are 100% sure that it has been made as clean, or cleaner, than when it left the factory.
Q: I'm outside of the US of A, where do I send my returns?
A: Right now we only accept returns sent back to us in Seattle. We will prioritize opening local return centers in countries based on order volume.
